Dr. Peter Christakos is known to his patients as Dr. Peter, however, to staff he is Dr. PC. His easy going personality and great sense of humor are some of his wonderful traits. Not to mention his passion for great food that he so wonderfully shares with the staff.
Born and raised in Toronto, Dr. Peter Christakos graduated from the University of Toronto in 1994 with Doctor of Dental Surgery. Immediately after graduation he practiced in Picton, Ontario for two years and then he owned his own dental office from 1996 until 2010. In 2010 he sold his practice in Scarborough so that he can be a full-time dentist in Bowmanville as well as concentrate on family. Recently he has decided to split his time between Bomanville and Toronto and has joined our practice.
Dr. Peter is an active member of the Ontario Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association, and the Toronto East Dental Society. He completed numerous courses over the years in various disciplines, from endodontics to periodontics to advanced restorative.
"On my spare time, I love spending time with my family as well as enjoying many sports such as cycling as well as reading." says Dr. Christakos who is married with two young children.
